How quickly can I get my order delivered?
Orders will be sent by the date you see on the product page for your location.
How do I track my order details?
You can view your order details on the 'Track Orders' page with your tracking Id.
What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
Retailers usually ship orders 3-4 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can check out it.
Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you face any issues.
When will I get my order if I miss a delivery attempt?
If you miss a delivery, the courier usually attempts to deliver on the next business day and an SMS is sent with details regarding the revised delivery date. An order is usually cancelled after three unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Refund will be processed to the bank account for which bank details have to be shared.
How long will it take to get the refund?
Within 7 working days, you will get the refund.
Can my order be replaced?
If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective is different from the description on the product detail page, or is missing any accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with the same retailer.
